Permanent Tissue Filler is a stable polyacrylamide gel & apyrogenous water mix which is used as a tissue filler and is permanent. It is injected in tiny amounts & then is manipulated by the surgeon. It is well suited for treating deep wrinkles such as nasolabial folds and thrown lines in the Glabella (between the eyebrows).
It can also be an alternative to cheek implants and chin implants and lip enhancement.

Permanent Tissue Filler can also be used to minimise the appearance of depressed scars and acne pits.
It is permanent but in the unlikely event of over correction occurring the excess Permanent Tissue Filler can be aspirated with a small needle. Polyacrylamide gel has had 8 years of rigorous clinical examination and has been shown to be non-toxic, non-mutagenic, biocompatible, permanent, removable and physically and chemically stable. The injection may be painful and so is done under a local anaesthetic. Following injection there is a slight swelling and there may be slight bruising which disappears within a few days and is usually concealed with make-up.

Cost: $1,500.00 per ml of Permanent Tissue Filler. The number of ml's needed will depend on the area(s) to be treated. Advise as to cost will be given at consultation with your Cosmetic Surgeon.
